How it works
1. Reserving your date in advance. - If your date isn’t available or your wedding/occasion date has passed, please head to the 'contact me' page or email encapsulatedmemories.byemma@gmail.com
2. 2-4 weeks before your booked date, I’ll be in touch with detailed postage and packaging instructions.

3. Once I receive your flowers they’ll be put to dry. Drying method depends on which preservation options you’ve chosen. This is when the remaining balance is due.
4. Flowers usually take between 3-6 weeks to dry . Your flowers will be stored safely until it’s time to start your order.
5. Time for the magic to happen! - I usually work in date order, once it’s time to start your order you’ll receive an email from me. This is a time consuming process, I will not rush any orders. Average timescales are anything between 5-10months, this depends on size of order, any resin items within you orders and mould/ stock availability.

6. Once your order is complete, I’ll be in touch with a photo of your order before your keepsake is packaged to go home to you.
