I'm Emma, owner of Encapsulated Memories.
I'm a very small business, in fact so small it's just me, myself and I. Working with flowers has always been a passion of mine. Preserving flowers means I can incorporate my love for art through various mediums to create beautiful handmade pieces for you to treasure.
My heart and soul are poured into every order, I feel so honoured to be able to preserve such precious, memorable handmade pieces. I hope you love your order just as much as I love making it.

My Process and How it All Works

Reserve your date in advance. - If your date isn’t available or your wedding/occasion date has passed, please head to the 'contact me page' or email me encapsulatedmemories.byemma@gmail.com . Take time to browse my website, preservation options, and T&C’s.
2-4 weeks before your booked date, I’ll be in touch with detailed postage and packaging instructions
Once I receive your flowers they’ll be put to dry. Drying method depends on which preservation options you’ve chosen. This is when the remaining balance is due.
Flowers usually take between 3-6 weeks to dry.. Your flowers will be stored safely until it’s time to start your order.
Time for the magic to happen! - I usually work in date order, once it’s time to start your order you’ll receive an email from me. This is a time consuming process, I will not rush any orders. Average timescales are anything between 5-10months, this depends on size of order, resin items with the orders and mould/ stock availability. Once your order is complete, I’ll be in touch with a photo of your order before your keepsake is packaged to go home to you.
